Motions for judgment on the pleadings made by the individual defendants and also by defendant Corrugated Container Corporation, dismissing the first, second, fourth, fifth", sixth, seventh and eighth causes of action pleaded in the second amended complaint and, in the event that judgment of dismissal of the fourth cause of action may not be had on the pleadings, a further motion is made as to that cause of action for summary judgment pursuant to rules 113 and 114 *602of the Buies of Civil Practice.
