This suit was filed by Minnie Hockless and her husband, joined by W. B. West, trustee (alleged owner of a mineral interest in the land in question), plaintiffs, to recover what may be designated as the north half of the Jack Bright 10-acre tract of land in the Charles Williams League in Jefferson County.
