This is the Court’s decision, which was reserved on the two key questions that must be resolved in the Contempt of Court proceeding against Jeffrey Bender and on Jeffrey Bender’s petition to reduce the amount of his child support obligation. Both petitions were consolidated for trial which took place on October 30, 1990.
