PER CURIAM: *

Defendants-Appellants Bruce E. Hart-mann and Terry M. Hartmann (collectively, “Appellants”) appeal the district court’s denial of a motion to dismiss for insufficient service of process and its grant of summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee People’s United Equipment Finance Corporation (“PUEFC”). We affirm the judgment of the district court.
