On April 26,1892, one Leonard Lease, the father of Jacob H. Lease, the appellant, and Amanda E. Lease, one of the appellees, died testate, and by his last will and testament he appointed the said Amanda E. Lease executrix thereof,' and by the seventh clause thereof gives, devises and bequeaths all the residuary estate he owned to his wife, Mary Lease, and his five children, one of whom was the said Jacob H.
