INTRODUCTION

This action for a declaratory judgment, pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 2201 (West 1982 & Supp.1990), is before us on diversity jurisdiction, 28 U.S.C.A. § 1332 (West 1966 & Supp.1990). Plaintiff Federal Kemper Insurance Company (“Federal Kemper”) seeks a declaration concerning a certain Automobile Insurance Policy issued to defendant Jay W.
