This case raises the question of whether the State of Arkansas will enforce an agreement called an act of donation which is unknown under Arkansas law but was entered into under the laws of the State of Louisiana. The appellant, Yvonne Ducharme, urges that the act of donation, whereby she gave up her rights in certain real and personal property to her husband, appellee James L.
