Plaintiff Campaign For Accountability (“CfA”) filed this lawsuit against the United States Department of Justice under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. §§ 552 et seq., in June of 2016, claiming that the Office of Legal Counsel (“OLC”) had failed to act affirmatively to make certain information available to the public .as FOIA section 552(a)(2) requires.
