Plaintiffs Howard Thaler (“Thaler”) and William Falow (“Falow”), both attorneys, have brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Gary Casella, Chief Counsel to the Grievance Committee to the Ninth Judicial District (“Grievance Committee”), and Maryann Yanarella, staff attorney to the Grievance Committee, individually as well as in their official capacities.
