{1 Appellant, Department of Public Safety (Department), brings this appeal from the trial court's judgment modifying Department's' revocation of Appellee, - Aaron Williams' (Williams) driving privilege.1 We find the trial court's judgment is based on an impermissible collateral attack on a prevmus final revocation and reverse.
