OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court is appellant Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority’s (“PRHTA”) appeal from a judgment issued by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico (“Bankruptcy Court”). (Docket No. 1.)1 *341For the reasons discussed below, the Court AFFIRMS the judgment of the Bankruptcy Court.
