Order and judgment (one paper), Supreme Court, New York County, entered July 25, 1980, which, inter alia, denied defendants-appellants’ motion to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a cause of action and enjoined them from offering to sell or selling apartments until completion of certain disclosure, unanimously reversed, on the law, and motion to dismiss granted, without costs, and without prejudice to the commencement of a new action.
