Practically the only question in this case is the value of the services of the plaintiff while engaged as superintendent of a fish cannery belonging to the defendants and located at Fort Walter, Alaska. The court, trying the case without a jury, awarded the plaintiff compensation at the rate of $250 a month, and entered judgment against the defendants on that basis.
