WHITE, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon Plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiffs seek to enjoin defendants from distributing and selling posters and other products which infringe plaintiffs’ “ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME” and unique building design trademark.
