This is an appeal by the contestant from the judgment and decision of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County for the contestee in an election contest.
It appears that at the general election of April 5, 1932, for elective municipal officers, contestant, Richard D. Chomeau, and contestee, George Roth, were, respectively, candidates for election to the office of collector of the City of Clayton, to hold office for a term of two years from and after April 12, 1932.
