— Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, rendered June 14, 1974 convicting defendant upon a plea of guilty of possession of a weapon as a felony reversed, on the law; the order of Supreme Court entered March 14, 1974, denying defendant’s motion to suppress certain physical evidence reversed, on the law, the motion granted and the indictment dismissed. Prior to entry of the plea defendant moved to suppress certain physical evidence which had been seized from him at the time of his arrest. The motion was denied after a hearing.
