The petitioners are the daughters and only-children of the decedent and his first wife. They seek to revoke letters of administration issued to respondent. These letters were issued upon her allegation that she was the widow of decedent. Petitioners predicate their petition on the ground that the letters were issued because of respondent’s false suggestion that she was such widow. She had been married previously to one Parma.
