The agreement authorized the vendee to go into possession. The vendee entered into possession; and by various assignments, the possession of the premises accompanying the same, in 1841 the contract was owned and the possession of one hundred acres of the land held by the plaintiff, and he continued to own the contract and hold the possession up to the bringing…
