Appellant Freyer filed suit against appel-lee for the balance alleged to be due under the terms of a written residential lease contract covering a period of twelve months. The petition alleged that after occupying the property in question for eight months and paying eight monthly rental installments, appellee moved from the premises and refused to pay the four remaining monthly installments.
