Appellant, Edward Golden (“the Curator”), as curator for the Estate of Katherine Jones (“the .Wife”), appeals the trial court’s order dismissing his complaint, with prejudice, filed against Appellee, Carol Jones (“the Trustee”), as the successor trustee for certain retirement plans for H.
