In its fifth amended complaint, the plaintiff, Agency Rent-A Car, alleges the following facts. The defendant, ITT Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, entered into an automobile insurance contract with Sonia Williams, which provided coverage for certain "insureds" against claims resulting from an automobile accident, to a limit of $20,000 per person and $40,000 per occurrence.
