Appellant, Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association (LIGA), appeals the trial court’s judgment in favor of appellees, State Farm and Betty Clakley, in this duty to defend case.
PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
On July 5, 1990, vehicles driven by plaintiff, Chris Townsend, and defendant, Betty Clakley, collided at the intersection of East Fifth Street and Kaiser Avenue in Natchi-toches.
