This is an action brought by Milton II. Carter, hereinafter called Carter, against Hawaii Transportation Co., doing business as Gray Line-Hilo, hereinafter called Gray Line, for alleged infringement of the alleged copyright of a map belonging to Carter. Gray Line brought in A. D.
