DAVIS, Judge.

Jeffrey Robert Collett challenges his judgments and sentences for armed bur glary of a structure, battery, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Because it is not clear from the record whether the trial court utilized the correct standard in evaluating and denying his motion for new trial, we are compelled to reverse and remand for reconsideration of the motion using the proper standard.
