(after stating the facts as above). The Binghamton Railway Company, owning and operating a surface street railway, extends through certain of the streets of the city of Binghamton, N. Y., and also to points outside of said city, and is made up of an original company and several other companies, subsequently organized and thereafter consolidated therewith. It is the only line of street railway in or near the city of Binghamton, and extends to the village of Destershire, Johnson City, and the village of Union, and also to the State Asylum for the Insane and to Port Dickinson.
