ORDER
The defendant, Parrish Chase (defendant), appeals from a Superior Court order denying his motion for a sentence reduction. This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument on September 24, 2008, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided.
