Appellants/Cross-Appellees, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Johnson & Johnson, *1238 and Janssen Research & Development, LLC (collectively referred to herein as "Janssen"), 1 appeal and Appellee/Cross-Appellant, Nicholas Murray, cross-appeals from the March 10, 2016 judgment entered in favor of Mr. Murray following a jury trial. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
