1 1 Petitioner was employed by Employer Oklahoma State University at the Oklahoma City campus. She was a teacher at the child development lab, The child development lab is a childcare facility on the campus of OSU/ OKC, and childeare is available for students and employees of OSU/OKC. The lab is located in a building on the OSU/OKC campus. The building where the lab is located is surrounded by a sidewalk and parking lot. The parking lot and sidewalk surrounding the building where Petitioner worked was owned and maintained by the University, and Petitioner testified…
