(Little League), pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7) and 3212, to dismiss the complaint as to them, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and the motion for summary judgment granted. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of defendants-appellants dismissing the complaint as against them.
