RENFRO, Justice.

Appeal by plaintiff from an adverse summary judgment.

Plaintiff alleged defendant was operator of the Arlington Municipal Airport under lease from the owner, the City of Arlington. Plaintiff occupied space in the airport hangar under lease agreement with defendant. Plaintiff owned and operated a business having as its principal activities sales charter, repair and maintenance of aircraft, instructing new pilots and renting aircraft.
