This is an appeal from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) denying benefits to claimant Ruby Dzeryn. The Bofard concluded that claimant had voluntarily terminated her employment without cause of a “necessitous and compelling nature,” and thus was ineligible for benefits by virtue of Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law.1
