This is an action against Missouri Pacific Railroad Company for damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff below, Mrs. J. W. Steel. The parties will be referred to in the same order in which they appeared in the trial court.

Plaintiff's petition alleges that defendant’s track runs north and south through Nowata and is intersected by a public highway running east and west near the south limits of said city, at which point there was an artificial grade several feet above the level of the highway; that the highway approaches to, and on each side of, the intersection, were…
