ORDER GRANTING DEBTOR’S MOTION FOR HARDSHIP DISCHARGE

LEWIS M. KILLIAN, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

THIS MATTER came on for hearing on the motion of the Chapter 13 debtor for a hardship discharge pursuant to the provisions 11 U.S.C. § 1328(b). The standing Chapter 13 trustee objects to the granting of the discharge on the grounds that the debtor does not meet the requirements for granting such a discharge.
