Plano Manufacturing Co. v. Parmenter

This case was before this court at a former term, and will be found reported in 32 Ill. App. 633, to which we refer for a full statement of the facts. It was reversed in this court on the former appeal because of an erroneous instruction as to the burden of proof to establish mistake or fraud in a settlement claimed to have been made between the parties October 24, 1885. Upon the remand to the trial court the case was reinstated and again heard with a jury, which resulted in a verdict for the appellee.
