Defendant, Keith Jay Bratton, was convicted of robbery and sentenced to an indeterminate term in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex. His court-appointed counsel assigns as error the failure of the trial court to adequately advise defendant of his right to represent himself pro se.
