MEMORANDUM DECISION

I. INTRODUCTION
This adversary proceeding for avoidance of a fraudulent conveyance pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 548 was brought by the Chapter 7 Trustee against Gertrude and Nathan Stoffregen, mother and brother of the debtor, respectively. The defendants moved for summary judgment and argue that there are no genuine issues of material fact and they are entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
