LESLIE, Justice.

This is a companion case to that of the AEtna Insurance Company v. Texarkana National Bank, Trustee, et al, 60 S.W.(2d) 251, disposed of by this court in an opinion of date April 28, 1933. With immaterial variations the facts of the two cases are the same and the records in this court are substantially the same. The opinion in the case referred to gives the comprehensive statements of the facts and the nature of the pleadings.
