RAY, District Judge.

August 16, 1906, John Galluccio filed his petition and schedules in voluntary bankruptcy. August 17, 1906, he was adjudicated a bankrupt accordingly. August 31, 1906, the plaintiff was duly appointed trustee in bankruptcy, and September 4, 1906, he duly qualified as such. April 29, 1902, Minnie A. O’Neil, in consideration of the sum of $1,000, deeded to John Galluccio the lands and premises in question, situate in the city of Rome, Oneida County, N. Y., where Galluccio and Angelina Galluccio his wife ; lien resided. This deed was duly recorded in Oneida county clerk’s…
