This is the second time that the case of Warren Yanskike has been before this court. 1 In this second appeal, defendants Union Pacific Railroad Company (Union Pacific) and Burlington Northern Railroad Company (Burlington Northern) appeal from a judgment for plaintiff Warren Van-skike entered by the district court 2 following a jury verdict.
