ISSUE
Peter C. Dorsey and Cornelia M. Dorsey (the movants) have moved to reopen the Chapter 7 case of Donald C. Pratt (the debt- or) for the sole purpose of filing a complaint to determine the dischargeability of an unliq-uidated claim they hold arising out of the debtor’s alleged fraudulent conduct. The movants assert they did not receive notice of the filing of the debtor’s bankruptcy case from the bankruptcy court, or from any other source, in time for them to file their dis-chargeability complaint prior…
