Appeal from an order of the district court discharging a writ of habeas corpus and from a judgment entered pursuant to such order.

This case arises out of the imprisonment of the appellant, Lloyd Láveme Knutson, after he had pleaded guilty of the crime of murder in the second degree. The records indicate that on April 4, 1952, John J. Cahill, the sheriff of Beltrami County, petitioned the juvenile court of that county to inquire into the delinquency condition of appellant, pursuant to M. S.
