OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Whether violations of People v Rosario (9 NY2d 286 [1961]) and/or Brady v Maryland (373 US 83 [1963]), resulting in the reversal of convictions on certain counts, also require reversal of convictions on other, jointly tried counts is a question to be resolved on a case-by-case basis.
