Monteith v. Board of Education

This case is before this Court upon the appeal of Patricia Monteith. The appellee is the Webster County Board of Education. The appellant was dismissed from her employment as a school teacher by the appel-lee Board. Upon appeal, the circuit court upheld the Board’s decision. This Court has before it the appellant’s petition for appeal, all matters of record, and briefs. We now reverse the circuit court’s decision.
