Memorandum.

Ordered that the judgments of conviction are affirmed.

Insofar as it is relevant to this appeal, the People charged defendant, in separate informations, with criminal contempt in the second degree (Penal Law § 215.50 [3]) and criminal mischief in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 145.00).
