Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered September 8, 1977, convicting defendant of assault in the second degree and sentencing him thereupon to a term of two to four years, unanimously reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and the matter remanded for a new trial.
