ORDER ON APPLICATION TO COMPROMISE CLAIM AND TO SELL PROPERTY

This matter is before the Court upon the Application to Compromise Claim and To Sell Real Property (“Application”) filed by Planned Systems, Inc., the debtor-in-possession in this Chapter 11 case, and the objection thereto . filed by Charles D. Megla (“Megla”). The debtor-in-possession’s Application was heard on February 8, 1988, following which the Court took this matter under advisement.
