poration for its dissolution. The petitioner is organized under .the general law for the purpose of promoting the cause of tem*98perance among the Finnish people of Worcester and vicinity. It has no capital stock. It is the successor of a voluntary unincorporated association having a like purpose, which conveyed all its assets to the petitioner upon its organization.
