This matter comes before the court on an appeal by the plaintiff-appellant, DnC America Banking Corporation (“DnC”), of two orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court. The first granted the defendant-respondent, Topcroft’s motion to dismiss and for partial summary judgment and invalidated DnC’s mortgage lien. The second denied DnC’s motion for relief from the automatic stay. I have jurisdiction to entertain this appeal under 28 U.S.C. § 158, “[t]he district courts of the United States shall have jurisdiction to hear the appeals from final judgments,…
