Appellants/defendants, officers and employees with the Georgia Department of Human Resources (“DHR”), and the Forsyth County Department of Family and Children Services (“DFACS”), appeal the district court’s order denying their motion to dismiss or, in the alternative, motion for summary judgment. Defendants alleged in their motion and contend on appeal that the plaintiff/appellee, Sybille G. Wooten (“Wooten”) fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted and that the defendants are entitled to qualified immunity. 1 Because we hold that Wooten fails to establish…
