Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Saratoga County (James, J.), entered August 18, 1992, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, seeking an upward modification of respondent’s child support obligation.

Petitioner and respondent were married on July 21, 1973. Three children were born of the marriage, Gregory on February 12, 1978, Matthew on December 27, 1979 and William on July 1, 1981.
